These Terms govern your use of the Netrexo WhatsApp Sales Platform provided by Netrexo Enterprises.

1. Scope of Service

We provide access to our SaaS platform to manage WhatsApp Business conversations via the official APIs. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation.

2. User Responsibilities and Compliance

You agree to use the service in compliance with all local, state, and national laws. Critically, you must adhere to:

• WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy: Including obtaining clear opt-in consent from all customers before sending messages.
• WhatsApp Commerce Policy: Ensuring your communications and products comply with their commerce rules.
• You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent using the platform.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if we detect a violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or a violation of Meta/WhatsApp policies, which may result in API access being revoked.

4. Limitation of Liability

Netrexo Enterprises, its officers, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
