Netrexo Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Netrexo WhatsApp Sales Platform. This policy explains how we handle data, particularly data accessed via the WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.
1. Data Collected
We collect necessary data to provide our service:
- User & Account Information: Registration details (name, email), billing information, and platform usage metrics.
- WhatsApp Data: We access your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, profile details).
- Message Content and Metadata: This includes inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages, timestamps, and delivery status, which are stored solely for conversation management, auto-replies, and history logs.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Providing messaging and automation services as configured by your business.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring service delivery.
- Billing and account management.
We do not sell, rent, or share your WhatsApp message content or associated metadata for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Data is shared only as necessary:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp): Messages and related metadata are necessarily transmitted to and from the WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Infrastructure Providers: We use secure cloud hosting providers (e.g., database, servers) to run the service. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality.
- Legal Requirement: If required by a valid legal subpoena or process.
4. Data Deletion and Access
You may request access to your data or request complete data deletion at any time.
To request data deletion, you must:
- Send an email to ganeshnetrexo@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Upon receiving a valid request, we will deactivate your account and delete all associated WhatsApp message logs and metadata from our active servers within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
