Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription and Cancellation
The Netrexo WhatsApp Sales Platform is a paid subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and you will not be charged again. Access to the service will continue until that date.
2. Refund Handling
Our general policy is that subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. However, we review refund requests under the following discretionary terms:
- Service Failure: If the service is unusable due to a major technical failure on our part that we fail to resolve within 72 hours of notification, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the affected period.
- Duplicate Charges: Full refunds will be issued for accidental or duplicate charges.
- Discretionary Review: All other refund requests must be submitted to our support team and are evaluated on a case-by-case, discretionary basis.
