Our platform is a SaaS tool designed to help small businesses manage customer conversations, automate replies, and handle follow-ups efficiently using the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

How It Works and API Access

We utilize the WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow to allow businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts directly to our platform. This process securely links your account to ours through Meta.

Required Permissions (Granted by You):

whatsapp_business_messaging: Allows our platform to send and receive messages on your behalf when you use our dashboard or automation tools.
whatsapp_business_management: Allows us to register your phone number, retrieve template status, and manage your business profile settings within our app.

Explicit Authorization: We only access your WhatsApp Business account data when you explicitly grant us permission during the onboarding process. We do not use these permissions for any purpose other than providing the communication features described above.
